This is "San Quentin South" aka "The puppie penitentiary" - the puppies are only allowed limited visitation rights with their mother because she is a very bad influence. She has repeatedly taken them to places from which they are only able to be rescued by me and I got tired of all the "adventure". They have actually grown to like it - when the thunder hits hard - they run for their jail cell
