Bo will need some work - not a lot, but some - she is 3 years old and as strong as an ox - she has a really nice personality, but has been a city girl 

for those of you who don't already know - our pal Cleo died suddenly and unexpectantly last Friday - we were/are broken-hearted - Cleo was a very special friend - today we found a new friend - her name wil be Bo  

Miss Mary is the "quiet one" - but remember "still waters run deep" 

Bernadina - first born of the girls is a serious Bible Student and has a very quick mind 

Magdalena Sanchez and 6 daughters came to visit and watch the video on the International Conventions - we also had a milky way 

the "snake of the day" is the return of the red coffee snake - a completely benign and friendly neighbor - nice colors too

one of my orchids is blooming 

as he went from the table to one of the chairs you get an idea of is length - I would guess 3 1/2 - 4 feet

he was all over the place - here he climbed one of my potted plants

harmless and beautiful - but nevertheless quite exciting

late this afternoon a green-headed tree snake paid us a rather exciting visit - his first move was to enter the engine compartment of the car through the right front wheel 

Raul's younger brother Harold also resisted the temptation to smile multiple times - this is the closest he got 

delores is a real hoot - kinda reminds me of emma 

delores is ready to smile and/or laugh or giggle at the drop of a hat - her sister helps with her hair 

madona would really smile like to smile big, but her front two teeth have been misplaced and until they return this is the best that you are gonna get

Jacinth - the younger they get the easier they smile

Raul's third oldest sister Inez - getting anything that looked like a "smile" was most difficult - thay are a very wonderful family - undergoing trials and facing challenges - but a really neat bunch 

this past weekend Raul, who I am studying the Bible with, came over with his younger brother and four of his six sisters to watch the video "Jehovah's Witnesses - the Organization Behind the Name" - it took about twenty pictures to get one that looks like a part of a smile

the "fruit" of the cahoon palm - cahoon nuts - they make oil out of them and cleo really likes to keep one around to play with

there's this huge vine thing growing all over one of the older small thatch and it finally has some fruit on it - some kind of melon thing - we'll keep you posted - at this point it looks kind of grim 

this is some kind of bomeliad (not sure if I spelled thast right=)
