Don Rohelio is easily the "character of the week" 

I regularly carry our neighbors the Lobos family home as I find them walking along Farmer's Road - they are good neighbors. L - to - R, Rosa (with Ingrid in front - who is just as silly as she looks) the teenage daughter Korah and Don Rohelio who IS my friend  

these are the "yellow" blossoms for the day 

again, the variety is amazing - AND very pleasing to the eye

I NEVER get tired of looking at or photographing the Hibiscus 

Arlene couldn't help with the pictures because she was busy taking care of of her nephew Jeremiah 

these kids were just getting out of school and they helped me to pick just the right angle for some of the pictures 

there is a wide variety of "detail" in these flowers 

There are a ton of these along the road to our house and I have been wanting to get a picture for weeks - today I made it............................=) 

the delicacy and intricacy of these blossoms was very hard to capture in a picture - I just love them though 

this is what the whole "clump" looked like 

I saw these out in the ministry yesterday so I went back today with the camera - I just love the color 

the sunset tonight was very nice - the hills in the distance are near the village of Laguna 

kinda fuzzy, but this is the whole tribe at breakfast this morning 

this is one of the three female puppies and the lone distinctively colored one. 

Here are a couple of pictures of the new puppies - this first one is one of four with this color scheme. Bo was not too happy about the photo shoot so I took one picture of this type for now. More to come.....................=)

the next two pictures are of a lizard that was on one of the clothes lines - you can write your own caption, and if you come up with a good one, let me know 

if you remember back several weeks ago to the picture of the green-headed tree snake eating the frog - this is what that frog looked like before it disappeared into the snake......=) 

this is NOT that good of a photo, but the spider had set up housekeeping in the bathroom and ultimately had to be evicted 

the only way to get bit by a terantula is to WORK at making it mad - they are peace loving by nature and this one crawled out from under Stoutie the wonder dog - go figure 

it was a week of interesting bugs - this critter has those nice looking but dangerous spikes all over its body  

not the best picture, but this is nidema boothii 

catasetum integerrimum - this orchid just finished blooming last week - it looks like another of the saame variety will bloom next week - this appears to be the male form of this orchid
